The Freyja Project’s dance-inspired fitness classes are a natural extension of a well-rounded yoga practice and also beneficial all on their own. Our studios are perfectly designed with dance fitness in mind, with mirrored walls, natural light, ballet barres and real maple floors.
A barre fitness class designed to give you defined arms, a firm core, toned legs and life in your derriere! Alignment-focused and dance-inspired, this core-centric class is devoted to focusing on targeted muscle movements. This is a ballet conditioning class that will leave you energized while creating a sculpted physique. All levels.
Freyja Barre Xpress
The barre fitness class you love in a shortened class time. Expect a more intense barre format for 45 minutes of alignment-focused, dance-inspired, core-centric movements. This is a ballet conditioning class that will leave you energized while creating a sculpted physique. Bring a yoga mat. All levels.
An uptempo flow that connects the movements of yoga asana with the breath and rhythm of dance. Expect a choreographed asana sequence for each class that brings together the heart of dance and the spirit of yoga. All levels.
Toddler Yoga and Dance
A pint-sized dose of movement for kids ages 2-4 designed to introduce our littlest warriors to strength, grace and fun. Parent can drop off, stay and watch or indulge themselves next door in a concurrent class in our other studio.
